Tomorrow is our Halloween Carnival! Students may dress up as long as there are no masks or weapons. We will still be working in the classroom though...!

We will be taking a walking field trip to Brighton High School on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 8:45. If you are interested in chaperoning, email me at betty.hysong@canyonsdistrict.org. You will need to have your background check with the district completed and be able to walk there and back with us. I will email you back by Friday night if we need you to help.

Math: we have finished our first math CFA test (big unit test). Results went home today or you can view them on Pearson. We have already started Topic 7. Fri. 7-1, Mon. 7-3, Tues. 7-4 with a test on Wednesday or Thursday.
Language Arts: Unit 2 week 4: Fact and Opinion. writing: narratives
Science: rocks and soil
French: U4S2 for spelling
Homework musts: read 20min/night, spelling, math page, vocabulary, recorders (page 1,2)
Homework as needed: Pearson, Reflex math, read aloud, keyboarding, Quizlet etc.
