I hope you are all having a great fall break!  We are still collecting box tops this month.

Math: We are finishing up topic 5 this week and will begin topic 6.  Our Topic 5 test will be on Thursday as there will be a substitute on Wednesday, since I will be taking a professional development day.  Mon.5-5, Tues.5-6, Wed.6-1, Thursday- Review Topic 5 and test, Fri. 6-2.  The lessons have been put on Pearson for review or practice.
Language Arts: We are starting unit 2, week 4.  The reading strategy will be fact and opinion.  Writing: compare and contrast.
Science: weather
Social Studies: Utah
Homework: read 20 min/night, math page, spelling, vocabulary, and use the resources on my blog that you need the most improvement in (Reflex math, KBK, Pearson, kidblog, read aloud, etc).  Book reports!
